It hadn't dawned on me until a few years into the making of our site, that while *I* know (and our family) why our beautiful son, Caleb, is missing his right ear, most everyone else that wanders through Our Blessed Home *doesn't* know. And don't want to ask why. LOL So I am creating these pages to explain just that; What happened to Caleb's right ear?

Feb. 18, 2007... Oops, life seemed to get in the way, and I completely forgot to update these pages on the 'rest of the story' persay! LOL Hopefully this will be the last update on these pages! :) When you read page 3 of 'The Adventure Continues', you will understand! :)

Oct. 8, 2005... Oh wow, we got the *BEST* news on the 6th!!! The Dr. office called to say that they had our surgery to get Caleb's implants put in scheduled for Oct. 19th!!! Yep, you got it, in 11 days!!! WOOHOOHOO We are all so excited! *BG* You can go to 'The Adventure Continues: Page 1' to read more about it! :)

May 4, 2005... We got Caleb's AVM recurrance removed on May 4th, 2005! It was a very uneventful surgery! They went in, took it out, and life went on! *S* That is a WONDERFUL thing!
